Please Register Your Product and check the box at the end of the form to receive a username and password for access to software. Please contact Customer Care with questions or for assistance.

Installation Instructions

Install the software prior to connecting the medical device to the PC.

  1. Verify your PC meets the system requirements and that you are logged in as the administrator.
  2. Close all other programs.
  3. Click on the link, select Download and select Save to save the zip file to your hard drive. (download files)
  4. Unzip the file and double-click on Setup.exe. Follow the prompts for installing the software.

  • Operating System: Windows® Windows® 7,  Windows® 8, Windows® 10
  • Free Disk Space: 1 GB
  • RAM: 1 GB (min)
  • Internet: Internet Explorer 9.0 (min)
  • Processor:   1.4GHZ (min) 2GHZ or faster recommended
  • An Available USB Port

CardioView 5.0 (64-bit and 32-bit Systems)

Note: CardioView 5.0 is not compatible with system using Office Medic.
